Jules, I love making pasta especially in the winter time. You must invest in a pasta machine (the crank type) and also buy the motor so you can use both hands. If you have a Kitchenaid then buy the attachment instead. There is nothing like homemade egg noodles and they really don't take that much time to whip up for a Sunday meal. Bolognase is Chuck's favorite! I have always wanted to buy a corzetti press and make the "little coins".
