I only chilled the dough for about 2 hours, then scooped my cookies (12 per pan, I made them smaller), and then chilled the pans for about 30 minutes. That worked great, I always chill cookies before baking them. 14 minutes, and they are crisp and delicious...almost taste like coco puffs cereal!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3196686888983908972.post-52319832659352080472012-10-11T16:04:16.347-04:002012-10-11T16:04:16.347-04:00How much did you add!How much did you add!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15602371570173466701noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3196686888983908972.post-89871779126116568552012-10-02T21:14:28.621-04:002012-10-02T21:14:28.621-04:00No, it won't, because the dough is way too sti...No, it won't, because the dough is way too sticky to deal with without the chilling.Kitchen Ninjahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03978003037474284948noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3196686888983908972.post-64740486278900837462012-10-02T17:32:32.061-04:002012-10-02T17:32:32.061-04:00Will it be okay if I don't chill them? Will it be okay if I don't chill them?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3196686888983908972.post-67307909356485413052012-10-01T13:23:59.568-04:002012-10-01T13:23:59.568-04:00I'm so glad you liked them, Judith!I'm so glad you liked them, Judith!
Kitchen Ninjahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03978003037474284948noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3196686888983908972.post-91857017761631855432012-09-30T02:26:03.322-04:002012-09-30T02:26:03.322-04:00I just finished making a double batch of these. And when I made these cookies for my GF sister-in-law, I used a gluten-free all-purpose flour mix that I buy from a local GF bakery and regular Nutella -- she had no issues with them. That being said, if you google "gluten free Nutella", you'll find a few different recipes for how to make your own, too! Hope this helps.
Kitchen Ninjahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03978003037474284948noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3196686888983908972.post-55102086190517022652012-09-13T08:05:06.084-04:002012-09-13T08:05:06.084-04:00Have you heard of any decent substitutions for Glu...Have you heard of any decent substitutions for Gluten free folks?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12328977119283434161noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3196686888983908972.post-59492283345989767502012-09-02T11:25:48.447-04:002012-09-02T11:25:48.447-04:00this is the perfect chewy cookie recipe!

I also cut down the sugar to one cup, and upped the vanilla to 1 tbsp. Fan-flippin-tastic.

I reblogged this recipe at the link below, with a link to your bog and with my modifications.
