Aha, so that's the secret.......3 cups of flour! Aha, so that's the secret....my sister and I just made this recipe from The Betty Crocker Cookie book and they spread so thin you can't even pick them up without them crumbling. That book called for only 2 cups of flour ( and our apple mixture was still slightly warm when we stirred the flour in - oh dear, bad move ). Thank you for sharing the secret!
