Even when you add some salami and hunks of cheese?

In all seriousness, I'm super happy to see a step-by-step guide to lactofermenting pickles. I keep meaning to try a batch, but it's pretty intimidating without hands-on training. Detailed instructions like these are the next best thing. :)Eileenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14952359002744629140noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3196686888983908972.post-24909679277035160182012-06-07T13:19:38.083-04:002012-06-07T13:19:38.083-04:00That IS loyalty! :-) But I know how you like pickl...That IS loyalty! :-) But I know how you like pickles -- you will definitely love these!Kitchen Ninjahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03978003037474284948noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3196686888983908972.post-25523515306179998162012-06-07T12:49:18.210-04:002012-06-07T12:49:18.210-04:00Despite the words "rotting", "putri...Despite the words "rotting", "putrification" and "scum" appearing prominently in this post, not only did I read to the end, but also I decided I'll probably try this recipe. Now there's loyalty! I have one other pickle lover in the house, and cucumbers are totally in season way down here in Huntspatch. I've even picked a few from my pathetic 'garden', although they're really twisty and probably the wrong kind; does that matter? I'll keep you posted; hopefully this won't get relagated to the bottom of the growing "recipes I'm going to try" pile.Achmednoreply@blogger.com
